A gift of any size is a thoughtful tribute to family, friends, colleagues, and mentors. To give a gift in memory or honor of someone, simply note the information in the online form; inform our phone representatives when calling; or write in In Honor or Memory of [First Name, Last Name] on checks. Please specify if your gift is made in honor of a special occasion.
Within 45 days of Illinois State receiving a gift in memory or honor of someone, a certificate of recognition is mailed to the honoree or surviving family (for honorees who have passed within the last year and a living designate has been identified).
